Vee Belt Drive System.

Motor and Reductor is combined with the vee belt system and it mekes a long term usage for mixer. With this system shocks occured from discharging and rapid loads are detentioned.

Hydraulic Discharge Gate

The gate works with hydraulic piston. It decreases the necessity of air. Discharge time is shorter due to many mixing arms.

Automatic Washing System

The INS Pan Mixers which can be provided with auotmatic washing system can provide high quality concrete in 30 seconds with maximum 40mm aggregate.

Tehere are springs on the pallets of mixing arms for protection if the bigger aggregate will come in to mixer.

Operator can wash the mixer from the control cabine by buton on panel.
