INS  KY -   BUCKET WHEEL DEWATERER

It is a machine separating water and the fine sand washed away with the washing water from the dewatering drum or washed screen and recovering the fine sand. Some highlights about the machine;
• Its capacity and efficiency is high with regard to its dewatering spirals.
• Fine material leak and humidity and clay ratio in the filtered material are low.

• Bucket wheels are made of perforated metal sheet and can easily be renewed. The speed of the bucket wheels can be adjusted when required.

• Capacity is increased by increasing the settling chamber.
